1. The service
Kindant is an AI-powered health insurance navigation platform operated by ThynkNu Ltd. The service provides information and guidance to help consumers understand, choose, and use health insurance. Kindant is not an insurance broker, financial adviser, or medical professional.
2. Not advice
Information provided by Kindant and Vera (our AI agent) is for general guidance only. It does not constitute financial, medical, or legal advice. Underwriting assessments are indicative and based on general criteria. Actual insurance terms are determined by the insurer at the point of application. Always consult a qualified professional for specific advice.
3. Eligibility
Kindant is currently in closed beta. Access requires an invite code or approval. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Uploaded content
You retain ownership of documents and images you upload. By uploading, you grant Kindant permission to process this content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. extracting text from policy documents, analysing receipts). We do not share your uploaded content with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g. AI model processing).
6. Insurer neutrality
Kindant is insurer-agnostic. We do not sell insurance products, receive commissions, or promote specific insurers. Our guidance is independent.
7. Limitation of liability
Kindant provides information on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the service. Insurance decisions should be verified with the relevant insurer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
